Save time - Because I am a freelance interpreter - not an agency - you will be able to communicate with me directly, arrange with me all the details of the interpreting assignment easily and give me any background information about the training.

Save money - I am a freelance interpreter and if you book my interpreting services directly, you can save yourself quite a lot of money.  It is a common practice that translation agencies charge the client 40 to 50% extra on top of what the interpreter charges. Time is money. Booking a professional trainer and paying for travel and accommodation of your foreign workers is costly. But people cannot make the most of any training unless they understand completely what is being said. Using the services for a professional interpreter at the training course will help your foreign workers to make the most of the training.

Remove the danger of the language barrier – Although many foreign people have sufficient knowledge of English to be able to get by in day-to-day situations, they often find it a struggle to understand highly technical or other specialised terminology. Foreign workers appreciate having an interpreter on a training course or when sitting a test.

Excellent knowledge of both Czech and English language and also Slovak – Czech language is my mother tongue. Because I grew up in them former Czechoslovakia, I understand spoken and written Slovak and also interpret for Slovak speakers. The Czech and Slovak languages are very similar and Czech and Slovak people can understand each other perfectly well without any difficulties. English language has been my language of habitual use since 1997 and I have a good knowledge of technical terms.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL:
“Stannah Stairlifts Limited used the services of Milada Cogginsová Zajícková for several months in 2007, when she assisted with interpreting for factory workers from the Czech Republic, who were in England to train for jobs in a new factory.

We cannot recommend her highly enough: besides her high standard of professionalism and linguistic competence, her smiling presence is sorely missed. She was unfailingly reliable, flexible and punctual, as well as being willing to “go the extra mile”, including finding an equally suitable replacement for a few weeks when family illness required her to be overseas. Her excellent interpreting skills, combined with her intelligence and the effort she put into understanding our manufacturing processes, ensured that the training programme went very smoothly.

Milada is always cheerful and a delight to work with – nothing was too much trouble and she became a real part of the Stannah family. We shall not hesitate to use her linguistic expertise in the future.”
